If the annual salary rises to over € 100,000, we talk in terms of an Executive Search. As a result of the comprehensive tasks and responsibilities involved, we pay particularly close attention to company strategy and organisational and market developments within this search context. We also conduct very thorough reference checks. We will present you with comprehensive candidate profiles within 6 weeks of the procedure starting.
We conduct Executive Searches for directorial and management positions. At a middle-management level, (Recruitment & Selection), we fill vacancies in the context of brand management, key account management, trade and channel marketing, category management, purchasing and communication.
