‘Onboard’ coaching

Research has shown that the first three months in any new position set the tone for your subsequent success. That is why we also offer a type of coaching we refer to as ‘on boarding’. We function as a type of sounding board and can help you make the right impression during this critical period.

A good coaching relationship is based on trust. That is why you will have an initial, no-obligation chat with the coach, to ensure that there is a good feeling on both sides. Only then, will a tailor-made proposal for the coaching process be drawn up for you. The work can then begin.
