Fred van Megen
Began in the Royal Military Police and then worked for a number of years as a municipal police officer in Amsterdam. He studied International Relations and Politics at the KU Nijmegen. He then turned to sales. In 1990, he started the Agro Topcentre with a business associate and, after three years, was asked to join Agriment in Deventer as a Recruitment and Selection adviser. He very quickly rose through the ranks to take on responsibility for R&S, and then also went on to manage training, education and outplacement. In 2001, Fred began Van Megen Recruitment. Fred is primarily active within the context of R&S, Executive Search and outplacement. In his free time, he loves to visit beautiful cities, read about historical events and walk in the countryside with his dog.

TAMARA PETERMEIJER - DUYVESTIJN
She already worked during her study Public Administration (EUR) at "Holland Grüne Woche Promoties" for the food industry via the Dutch Dairy Board in Germany. Growing personal passion and interest in this sector resulted in several International Sales and Marketing functions, at renowned Cheese, Confectionery and Snacks & Nuts producers (B2C and B2B). From Work floor to Management Team. Always from her home base at the border area Germany - Netherlands. Since the end of 2015 Tamara has been active as an independent consultant, specializing in Recruitment & Selection of Master and Bachelor talents for the Food branch. With over 20 years of personal experience and additional training and education, there is great empathy in both client and candidate and it has an extensive international personal network. Tamara likes to recharge her energy through sporting activities and holidays with her family or during rides on her Quarter horse in the Montferland woods.

After concluding his Graphics training at grammar school, Paul completed numerous courses within the context of leadership development, higher management, management for professionals, marketing, psychology and NLP. He has gained extensive experience at management and directorial levels in a range of business sectors. Within the food sector, Paul has been actively involved in catering and the world of hospitality. Paul’s wide, varied career and his experience as a coach make him particularly effective when it comes to supervising outplacement candidates. Paul started work as an outplacement consultant at Van Megen Recruitment in 2012. In his free time, Paul loves to host dinner parties and spend time with his family; he is also interested in wellness and sport.

Sanne van Megen
After completing a secretarial qualification, Sanne van Megen worked for a range of different companies. She has gained experience within both administration and office management. In 2007, Sanne began working for Van Megen Recruitment. She is now our super-efficient office manager and sits at the very heart of our organisation. Sanne has two children. She takes an active part in competitive horse events and loves to travel and explore.
